FenuLife can be used for weight management formulations, where there are two main mechanisms of action:

1) Feeling of satiety

The galactomannan in FenuLife forms a viscous gel in the stomach, leading to an increased feeling of satiety. Consuming FenuLife before a meal (with a glass of water) leads to a greater feeling of fullness over time and can lead to reduced caloric intake.

2) Reduced glycemic index

The gel formed by FenuLife leads to a slower absorption of nutrients and glucose. This slower glycemic response allows the body to have a modulated insulin response, and the body has a more balanced reaction to the meal.
